Lil' Kickers Coaches

The Lil' Kickers program is in search of highly qualified individuals to share their talents with the children in our classes. Lil' Kickers is a child development program based around the game of soccer. The Lil' Kickers Instructor will lead small groups of children (from age 18 months to 9 years old) through a series of games and activities that help promote a child's physical and social growth.

The position would be part-time.

More information and expectations:

  • Classes are typically weekday mornings and afternoons, and Saturday mornings
  • Must be 15-years-old to apply
  • Reliable transportation and access to Internet to view schedule
  • Training in teaching and child development is provided and ongoing
  • A qualified individual is energetic, creative, and patient
  • Experience working with children under the age of 4-years-old is highly regarded
  • 1 year commitment to the program is preferred

Host/Front Desk 

Burlingamer is looking for a friendly, outgoing person for a host/front desk position. Must be great at multi-tasking, working in a team environment, and being a self-starter. Availability for morning, night, and weekend hours is preferred.

Adult League Referees

Burlingamer Adult Leagues are looking for outgoing individuals with strong communication skills to officiate adult-level games in all of our leagues. The atmosphere of the leagues requires individuals who can mediate challenging scenarios and provide players with an excellent customer service experience.  All referees will be required to complete U.S. Futsal referee certification.

Qualifications include:

  • Schedule fleixiblity. Hours are part-time and mostly weekday evenings
  • Must be 18-years-old to apply
  • Ability to learn rulebook and adapt to program values
  • Previous referee experience ideal
  • Soccer experience
  • Reliable transportation and Internet access to view scheduling

Youth League Referees

Burlingamer Youth Leagues are looking for outgoing individuals with strong communication skills to officiate youth level games, U6-high school. The recreational and mentoring atmosphere of our "Play with Your Friends" league requires individuals who can provide strong interactive teaching skills while officiating a game, as well as communicate with coaches and parents. The competitive nature of our "Competitive Youth Winter Futsal" league requires individuals who have a strong understanding of the game of futsal. The individual must be able to control a game in a competitive atmosphere with ease. This individual must also be able to provide excellent communication and customer service with all players and coaches. All referees will be required to complete U.S. Futsal referee certification.

  • Must be 15-years-old to apply
